Questions owners ask
Is the digital menu really free?
Yes. The QR menu, QR codes and basic analytics are free on the Free plan. Paid plans add ordering, kitchen display, billing, guest CRM and an ad-free menu.
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. Ordering works the same way.
Can guests choose to eat in or take away?
Yes. From a table QR code guests can order to their table or take it away; from your menu link they can order takeaway or pickup, depending on what you offer.
How does the loyalty tracking work?
When a guest leaves a phone number with an order — on the menu or with staff — MenuAndBill recognises them on their next visit and counts their visits and spend, so you can see and reward your regulars.
Can I control which reviews are shown?
Yes. Reviews can publish at once or wait for your approval, and you can hide any review or reply to it publicly.
